30-day returns, no complications

If a part is not right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and unopened packaging.

How to return

1. Sign in to your account and open “My orders”.
2. Select the order and the item you want to return, and choose a reason.
3. Our team will contact you within one business day to arrange pickup or provide the return address.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Special cases

• Special-order imports and parts cut or configured to size are excluded from the standard return policy.
• If an item arrives damaged or out of spec, we cover the full cost of the return and replacement.
